Sometimes breaking through just one wall is enough to build new confidence, GoGhumantu treks are equipped to do so
Modern lifestyle has confined us to Indoors and hence modern lifestyle diseases. I agree we all cannot go and live in mountains, but yes we can spend some time outdoors with Nature.
Research has shown that spending time close to nature reduces aggression, anxiety, lowness, mental tiredness and increases attention, cognitive capacity and wellbeing.
We all know that being in nature decreases stress levels and elevates happy vibes. Nature also protects us against the negative impact of stress: Several research suggests that spending time outdoors, and that too with friends colleagues and family can lower pulse rates, cortisol levels, and strengthen immune functioning.
We have served people from Age 2 to Age 75. Weight 8 Kg to 126 Kg.
If you are fit and can trek, we are for you. If you need fitness support, we are for you. If you have some injury that restricts your climb or stiff walk, we can still organize something outdoors for you.
Breathe fresh, get your feed dirty and experince some wind on you face.
