When we have a challenging goal, we got to grow together, come together to win the game. These Team Treks are real life games, that excites people to support each other know each better. At the end of the trek, groups are evolved into a performance team.

2. Health & Fitness

The point of a trek is to work on our fitness. The mind and our body are not separate, what affects one affects the other. A few weeks before the trek, basic fitness regime is being started under the Guidance of GoGhumantu fitness experts. Treks end with the gift of fitness and a few lifestyle shifts as well. Culture of fitness can begin through a GoGhumantu Trek.

Step 2: Small small systematic action shall result in team’s wellness index. Healthy goal shall inspire healthy mindset.

4. Letting Nature Teach

Using the real world is the way learning has happened for 99.9% of human existence. Only in the last 100 years have we put it in a little box called a classroom. Treks are classrooms with infinite directions to learn best management lessons of team, communication, & leadership.
